Guess what I didn't do this past week?!

I am NOT sitting here, writhing in pain, because the meds my doctor gave me last week are gone. Nor am I imagining choking the eyeballs out of the loser jerks that have faked illness so many times, just to get the pills and sell them, that it makes it near impossible for a person (like me), who actually needs the meds to do normal daily tasks pain free, to get them without making a new appointment each time. Which cost me money that I don't have, because I do not have insurance. NO, I'm not bitter at all...

I did NOT completely ignore my ex yesterday when he waved to me from his car, when dropping off Cina. He just kept waving! I was NOT thinking, "I can see you moron! I'm just ignoring you!" How he thinks that he can go from beating me to a bloody pulp, kicking me in the chest nearly 20 times, then dragging me down a gravel driveway, as I held onto the base of the car door frame for dear life, to waving to me, like a pageant winner on a parade float, is beyond me.

I have NOT been tackling every member of this household, when I spot a mole, freckle, or speck of dirt. Because I am NOT super-paranoid about seer ticks now...

Today is NOT my 38th birthday and I do not secretly wish that I would get a great bed for the occasion. Because, I did NOT wake up with a crippling backache for the umpteenth morning in a row.

My husband did not take the kids and me out to dinner at Golden Corral yesterday to celebrate. I did NOT sit two tables away from my brother and sister-in-law and not even notice it was them until they were leaving. Tallen did NOT poke a hole in his Styrofoam cup TWICE and knock one of the replacements over, covering both him and myself in soda. Selly had NOT removed his spare change of clothes from the car, just before we left home, for reasons that she still can't explain. I did NOT stop by Walmart and BUY him a dry outfit, because we still had to go see Grandma and it would be too much of a hassle to go all the way home.

Renni and her fiance did NOT stop by on Friday night and help me make enchiladas, give me lots of neat things for my birthday, nor give me a great cake with chocolate whipped cream and strawberries on top. I absolutely could not have been seen eating a slice of it at 4 a.m. this morning.

I did NOT get fooled into adding the Top Commenter widget to my blog for the 5th time, because I saw it working on another blog, only to have it NOT work on my blog, for the 5th time. Grrr

First and foremost, I am NOT typing with pink hands this morning because I did not get frustrated with the GIANT plastic gloves that came with the egg coloring kit and add "marbling" to the kids eggs with my bare hands.

Despite rumors to the contrary,  I do NOT have a curtainless room at the upstairs landing positively bursting with newspaper cups that I have planted tiny seeds in because I know Hubs never walks upstairs and I don't want to hear his advice on how to properly grow things.

I did NOT feel so sorry for Tallen yesterday when he cried and insisted that it was his birthday, "not Daddy's!" that I finally agreed with him, re-lit the candles, let him blow them out, and had everyone clap for him when he did so.

I would NEVER be such a bad mother that I became overloaded with all I had to do this Easter/Hubs birthday that I had to "skip" a few things and my little ones will NOT be helping me bake and decorate Easter cookies today.

Since a very ungrateful adult child of mine brought it up last week, I NEVER, EVER,  when she was 6 years old and lost a tooth, realized that we had no cash when it was too late to go to the bank, crossed out our info on a personal check, scrawled in "Mrs. Tooth Fairy" in it's place, made it out for $5.00 and slipped it under her pillow. Nor did I make up some half-witted story about the tooth fairy getting mugged on the way to our house and having no choice but to leave a check, as I stared into her tiny, confused, little face the next morning.

Oh my goodness! There's so much that I didn't do this past week, I hardly know where to begin...

I did NOT get so fed up with Selly's lies and shenanigans (trust me, they got worse, I just didn't get around to posting about them!), that I decided if she must be babysat 24-7, that was exactly what I would do. She's NOT my new Siamese twin, always by my side, except for school and bathroom, of course. We do NOT cook together, or clean together, or garden together... Her room is NOT off limits, until I can finish stripping it down to the bare essentials and she is NOT currently camping out in Tallen's room... Nor has she lost access to all beauty supplies, including flat iron and nail polish, until she earns them back with good behavior.

I did NOT dream that I came home from shopping to find my husband's ex-wife asleep in our bed with him. Nor did I, in that same dream, beat her senseless with a baseball bat, while waiting for the police to arrive and remove her.

I have not been starting seeds and mothering the ones I started last week like they are little babies. Because I am NOT fed up with the resident farmer telling me to "wait" to start every year and then suddenly telling me I am "too late" to start any plants and that we will have to buy them. I do NOT miss the days when I started all my own plants from seeds, planted them outside, using an old tablespoon to dig with, and had flowers so beautiful that passersby would stop, just to tell me how pretty they were. That wasn't back before I didn't know that I didn't know what I was doing...

I am not so addicted to blogging that I am typing with a sprained wrist.

I did not stop wearing my sling, because I couldn't do all the things the doctor ordered me not to do, while wearing it.

I am absolutely not already planning the great cakes I can make for all the birthdays coming up this Spring. Nor am I considering making an Easter cake, just because it is a good excuse to make one.

I have not pushed myself so hard over the past week that I have now lost my voice and I am not so sleep deprived that I feel like a walking zombie.

I did not eat 2 helpings of lasagna and big piece of chocolate cake last night.

I did not wake up starving this morning, doze back off and dream I ate a huge bowl of Rice Krispies, then wake up no longer hungry.

I am not secretly pleased that Ross has become super-attached to me lately and doesn't want anyone to hold her but me.

I did not laugh when reading the news report that a local chicken house had burned down, upon reading that the owner was insured and would be able to recoup their losses. ( the play on words was not intentional, which made it even funnier to me)

I DID NOT  spend over an hour this morning trying to figure out why my  camera was not working. Nor did I spend another hour locating the PDF manual on my overstuffed computer, only to discover that that strange, flashing, (!) means that the memory card was full. And I DID NOT say a bad word when I realized how many great snow pictures I had missed , due to my own stupidity...

I DID NOT get up at 4:00 a.m. on Saturday and make homemade tortillas. Nor did I proceed to make two huge pans of enchiladas with those tortillas and I DID NOT eat two of them for breakfast...

I DID NOT get online to find a recipe yesterday and end up looking at sewing tutorials for 2 hours...
