Yes, I am VERY late posting this today. Not a huge worry as people rarely participate in my MeMes anyway.

Top Ten Reasons I Am Late For Top Ten Thursday

1. It was a circus around here this morning and with getting the girls up for school and then to the bus, I didn't have time to blog.

2. When I returned from the bus, Tallen had locked me out of the house, because he was angry that I had left him sleeping.

3. Tallen pretended to forgive me then, when I stepped outside on the porch to get a soda for his dad, I heard, SLAM! CLICK! Locked out again! Then spent another 5 minutes coaxing him to let me in.

4. Had to get ready to go to the hospital for tests and be there by 8:00 a.m.. All the while helping Hubs get ready, convincing Tallen that he doesn't need to stop growing and that he isn't going to get so big that he will bust out of this house and need a new one, then giving Renni all the usual babysitting instructions.

5. Had to help hubs find gas cans, before we even left the driveway, so he could purchase some diesel for the tractor while we were out.

6. Finally made it to the hospital, only to be kept waiting at admissions for 45 minutes, which made me 30 minutes late for my MRI, so I had to wait to be worked in. Had a total panic attack in the MRI machine after 5 minutes because it felt too much like a coffin.

7. Went on to have 4 x-rays on my back and hips, an ultrasound on my thyroid gland, and heaps of vials of blood drawn.

8.Spent the rest of the afternoon trying to track down my doctor, so she could prescribe me a nerve pill, so I can go back and try the MRI another day.

9.Sent Renni home and wrangled the kids up for a nap.

10.Passed out on the sofa and slept till 4:00 p.m., when the girls came home, couldn't hold my head up and zonked out again. And now, HERE I AM! TAH DAH!!!!!
