When painting, if you happen to drip some in the carpet, don't panic, just grab the Windex. This tip really saved my rear! I dripped cranberry paint into the living room carpet a couple of years ago and the Windex took it right out! Hubs was never the wiser and still has no clue that the paint was ever there. : ) Of course, as a precaution, test a small spot first.

To keep your coffee filters from sticking, take a section from the stack and flip that stack inside-out and back. Makes getting one filter at a time much easier!
