When I went down to the basement and talked with the furnace repairman, the other night, we both noticed some water leaking down the wall. The next day Hubs and I inspected it further and found a busted pipe in the crawl space. We had it repaired by nightfall. No telling how long that thing has been leaking or how much it has cost us!
